Toward the top of this cologne, you are going to find champagne accords along with cardamom, sparkling grapefruit and chilled bergamot. The heart contains a blend of rosemary, Egyptian geranium and black oolong tea. This is all supported by a base consisting of leatherwood, vetiver, labdanum and intenseamber.
September 2016 was the release date for this fragrance. Oscar de la Renta started as a fashion designer who got his start studying painting at the Academy of San Fernando in Madrid. After spending some time working for others, he quickly launched his own fashion house upon moving to the United States. It would not be until 1977 that his brand house would start making fragrances. The company continues releasing great perfumes to this day. The bottle for Oscar Gentleman is very distinctive since it comes in the shape of a domino. De la Renta’s favorite game was dominos, so the bottle design was conceived in his memory. The tagline for this cologne is, “Life Well Played.” it is the ideal fragrance for the sophisticated gentleman looking for a smooth scent.
